ETOH builds a longitudinal health record for each patient across every episode of care — consultations, admissions, diagnostics, medications, nursing observations, and home monitoring. This record grows with each clinical interaction and is the foundation for personalised health intelligence. We are building the patient digital twin on this foundation: a continuously updated model of each patient's health trajectory that will support earlier clinical intervention and more precise care decisions. Through our hospital deployments, we are building a dataset of millions of patient health records spanning India's full demographic and geographic range — longitudinal, multi-modal, and structured for the model training that patient-specific prediction requires. The models that will run on this dataset are under active development.
